In the past 2 weeks a lot of my conversations during consultations have involved talking about people’s caffeine consumption in quite a lot of detail.

Coffee is one of the most consumed drinks in the world, it can give you many benefits if used correctly, however I’m finding that there a lot of people could drink it a little more responsibly. In a time where there’s a coffee shop on most corners, it’s time to share with you whether coffee is good for your health or bad.

Over on our Facebook page I posted up how antioxidants can stop the annoyance from waking up between 3-5am during your sleep, so in true Essential Foods Diet fashion I decided to write up an article on what high antioxidant foods can help this issue.

Sleep is a problem we all endure from time to time. Some wake up before the alarm and lay awake for an hour waiting to get up, and some doze off but then wake up between 1-3am like clockwork. An intake of high antioxidants foods in your diet can help the period of sleep between 3-5am.

Today you wake up into a digital age where we exercise too little, eat too much processed foods, spend too much time in front of computer screens, and a result of too little sun our vitamin D levels have plummeted.
